Contributing Chefs and Nutritionists
Sally Nash teaches cooking classes, consults with clients on their dietary challenges, and coaches clients about how to make healthy lifestyle choices at the Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Washington DC. Her love of the kitchen came from cooking with her mother as a child. She has a passion for creating meals from fresh organic produce, whole grains, lentils, organic dairy products, Indian spices, and fresh herbs. A vegetarian for 37 years, she loves to eat, to cook, and to share her passion and knowledge for healthy food with others. She studied health-supportive cooking at the Natural Gourmet in New York.
