Andrea Boje is a personal chef, allergy-free baker and cooking instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area. She focuses on the health benefits of organically grown, seasonal, whole foods. Formerly a long-time sufferer from health conditions related to food allergies, she has personally experienced the dramatic effect food can have on health. Today she is an expert on creating delicious comfort foods and baked goods without wheat, dairy, and other common allergens. She coaches her clients about how they can feel better through their food choices and teaches them how to cook for themselves after being faced with huge changes to their former diets.
Andrea completed the Chefs Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Culinary Institute in New York. She also studied Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
