Contributing Chefs and Nutritionists
Sue Baldassano is the Director of Education at the Natural Gourmet Cookery School and a full-time instructor. She has served as co-chef of the Natural Gourmet's Home Food Service as well as head chef at Angelica Kitchen and Whole Foods Uptown. She is the founder and director of "To Grandmother's House We Go Cooking Tours", which offers culinary and cultural tours to Oaxaca, Mexico and Sicily, Italy. She has been featured in National Geographic, The New York Times, The Daily News, The Washington Post, andReuters. She has appeared in Molly O'Neil's New York on PBS, NBC News, and NPR. She is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Apprenticeship Program and Institute of Culinary Education.
