Lawrence Riggs, RD
Lawrence Riggs is a registered dietitian with more than 25 years in the Food Service Industry. As director of nutrition and food service of a major proprietary hospital, serving 1,800 meals per day he clearly understands the art and science of creating “good for you” tasty multicultural recipes.
A distinguished military career as a Food Service Officer afforded him the opportunity to further develop his culinary skills. Riggs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition/Institutional Management and has taken courses at the Culinary Institute of America.
Lawrence prides himself on his annual family dinner where he prepares and serves a seven course sit down meal – select menu and all.
