Jennifer Brawn is a personal chef in New York City specializing in cooking healthy, delicious meals for her clients including those with food sensitivities such as gluten intolerance, candida, soy, and egg allergies. She first grew interested in nutrition and cooking in Pennsylvania where she cultivated her own organic vegetable garden. Today she enjoys making her own live cultured foods such as kombucha tea, yogurt, kefir, lacto-fermented vegetables, and sprouted breads. She is a chef graduate from the Natural Gourmet Institute of Health and Culinary Arts.
