Contributing Chefs and Nutritionists
Cathy Vogt is the owner and executive director of “A Natural Chef” and a whole foods chef, educator, and certified holistic health counselor. Cathy is committed to supporting people in reconnecting with their local food choices and spending more time in the kitchen, just like our ancestors did. At “A Natural Chef” she provides counseling about whole foods nutrition and helps clients make lifestyle changes to support vibrant health. At “A Natural Chef” she also provides cooking classes, private chef services, and "Hey Girls" workshops for children. Cathy received her professional training at Cobleskill College and at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Healing in New York. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (affiliated with Columbia University) and accredited by AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners).
